As a client representative, Supervised in a HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) manufacturing.

In charge of supervision over the manufacture of heat recovery steam generators (HRSG) in Arak factories and coordinating implementation of inspection duties of the resident staff and arranging the matters with the head office as well as the project subcontractors. To investigate manufacturer, contractors or those managing the project and investigate qualification of manufactured parts in all stages including visual tests, destructive and non-destructive tests. Supervise tests on raw materials or finished products to ensure their quality. Analysis and review of problems occurred during manufacture, installation and operation. Consulting with manufacturers and subcontractors and holding technical meetings as to rendering suitable solutions to facilitate execution of the project and removal of bottlenecks. To review and comment on technical documents relating to implementation of manufacture operation including Drawings, Weld procedures and Quality control plan. Design and direct the testing or control of manufacturing procedures. have Pioneered research on "antifouling paints on ships" in Iran. Designed an apparatus for antifouling paints on ships; wrote a paper entitled "An Apparatus for Antifouling Paints on Ships" and presented it in the 6th Iran Corrosion Congress well recognized and subsequently awarded a certificate. The paper will be submitted for publication in a professional periodical by the Iranian Corrosion Association.

I have worked in a research project on the usage of pearl luster paints in industry with the Ultimate objective of producing a book on the subject.
