Created & developed from concept the 3D models for Sensor Calibration Device (SCD) program for the
Air Force to be launched into Low Earth Orbit. Device consists of pneumatic ejection, electronics
packaging, spring actuated mechanism and pyro release. Completed PDR with Air Force customers –
customers were very satisfied with the development. Other assignments include drawing of test
equipments for the testing of subsystems and overseeing the testing being performed.
Alliance Spacesystems Inc., Pasadena, CA (Contract) Mechanical Designer/Drafter 04/07-11/07
Modified 3D models and created detail drawings of tight tolerance parts for the Mastcam camera of the
Mars Rover. Drawings required the usage of GD&T, ANSI Y14.5 & ASME practices in SW. Duties also
involve creating 3D parts & drawings for the testing fixture to test the above pieces. Other assignments
include modifying and detailing parts for the Optical Bench - a Lockheed Martin subcontract project. Also
assisted with the Ecliptic camera lens change project requiring FOV and Sun Exclusion Region

Solid modeling of new Juke Box concept utilizing SW. Modeling involves Surfacing and Compound curves

electronic components; this involves designing sheet metal and electronics packaging. Worked with
Vendors to create prototypes and first articles.
