Tracked and maintained the Power Xpert Gateways (PXGs) and Meters for Eaton’s Power Quality and Monitoring System.
All inventory was kept in an Excel spreadsheet that I created
Authorized warranty claims for defective networking hardware (PXGs) and Meters.
Authorized using VISTA program.
Duplicated defects on devices.
Connected simulated devices by industrial protocols (INCOM, QCPort, Modbus) to PXG to verify defects and functionality.
Checked meters for flashing displays.
