Presently on layoff, after finishing remodeling projects at the Sampson State Park Veterans project included remodel of office spaces, storage rooms etc. Concrete bulkheads for floating docks on the north end of Cayuga Lake etc.

2007-2008 L-3 Communications GSI &GSES

Team 6 Lead (Foreman), on the Security Barrier Retrofit Project. Duties included all logistics, supervision, user training, security systems, quality control etc. at various Air Force Bases nationwide. Site Manager on SBI project on the Mexican border, responsible for construction of tower sites, including installation of all peripheral equipment such as communications, cameras, radar units, microwave antennae etc. Every site came in on time and below budget.

2005-2006 E. Kraemer & Sons Inc.

Carpenter Foreman on the Gateway Project, Rte 490 over Genesee River. Supervised carpenter gangs building footings, piers, abutments, pedestals, deck overhangs, barrier transitions, and armored joints, etc for arched suspension bridge.

2001-2004 KV Contracting Inc.

Superintendent on various Commercial construction projects. Including interior work, , metal studs, drywall, acoustic ceilings, finish and trim, doors and frames, hardware etc.

Carpenter Foreman, on an assortment of heavy highway NYS DOT construction projects such as C.I P. Texas Rail on Vets Memorial Bridge, Rte 104 over the Genesee River, walls, footings, monuments etc. Extensive repair and maintenance work at Bristol Harbor Condos near Canandaigua NY.
