Skills and competences Along with11 years of experience in Electrical Construction Supervision on large projects and managing teams in construction environment. In my most recants jobs I’ve been engaged in Oil & Gas, Ribs, Water Treatment, Power Stations and Substation, High Voltage distribution and auxiliary Voltage. The primary purpose of my role is to ensure that all electrical, instruments and telecoms works are delivered in line with safety, quality and time cost requirements. In previous jobs my responsibilities was to include, and ensure a strong commitment awareness to safety behaviours and that safety culture was implemented and maintained on the site including regular engagement with safety personnel and regular reporting as it was required. Ensuring adequate engagement between Supervisors and Project Engineers in there development of Work Method Statements and general construction methodologies. Overall planning to ensure the day to day running of the project is functioning to the Company procedures and project priorities. Detailed planning of upcoming works in relation to plant/equipment requirements. Building of a team of direct labour resources, including supervisors, to deliver the required works. Oversee the general coordination of direct and subcontract works in the allocated project area to achieve project milestones and targets. Effectively manage HR matters at site level with project management supports as required. Regular reporting of site progress as required. Co-ordinate with the planning and HSE departments related to the projects. Liaise with all Project Managers to program and execute all works related to the project. Liaise with the QA / QC department to ensure all Company Procedures was followed. Execution of document control within the project including co-ordination with the main Engineering Department. Chair daily and weekly meetings and maintain key relationships with Supervision, other Superintendents, Project Managers Engineering Department, Safety Department and QA/QC Department.
