1. Currently working with Lupin Pharma Ltd, Pithampur, Indore,(INDIA) since July 2011 till date, as a Q.C. Officer in Microbiology Department. This is US FDA, MHRA approved plant having a dedicated manufacturing facility for Ophthalmic, Oral Solid & API products with highly automated filling line.

• Environmental monitoring of Sterile, Non-sterile Manufacturing Area.

• Sterility Testing.

• Water Analysis & Bacterial Endotoxin Test.

• Microbial Limit Test.

• Having Experience of activity like Aseptic Process simulation for the Sterile Filling line.

• Perform Container Closure Integrity Test.

• Having experience of compilation of BMR of MEDIA FILL & PROCESS VALIDATION batches.

• Perform Antimicrobial Preservative Efficiency testing.

• Comparison Study of Glass & HDPE Bottles.

• Bio-burden analysis of bulk samples.

• Disinfectant efficiency testing.

• Exposure to Isolation and identification of in house isolates on BBL Crystal ID system

• Master culture maintenance and sub culturing.

• Calibration of the instruments and their record maintenance.

• Gowning Qualification.

• Trend Preparation: Trend Preparation & Analysis and review as per regulatory compliance.

• Media preparation: receipt, storage & preparation and Growth Promotion Tests.

• Perform Assay (Vitamin & Antibiotic.)

• Perform routine safety check of microbiology laboratory.
