Experience:
Arizona Maternity & Women's Clinic: While voluntarily working at Dr. Narinder Brar’s office, I have gained experienced working with Explanation of Benefits. When secondary insurance didn’t pay automatically, I used EOB and mailed it to the Secondary Insurance with HCFA forum. In Payment Posting, I reviewed insurance explanation of benefits and posted payments to the billing system. I also learned how to do adjustments and write offs. I also have experienced working with denials and resubmitting insurance claim with medical records. In Charge Entry, I verified that visit information was complete in accordance with the established documentation guidelines. I verified the patient demographic information and determined the appropriate insurance carrier to bill based on the information received from the client. I entered charges for all visits, reviewed the visit documentation and the encounter to ensure all charges are captured.
