Position: Inside Sales/Warranty Associate (HVAC Division)

With this company my major responsibility was to make outbound sales calls to potential customers, inquire about their requirements, offer them current promos, provide clarification as needed and close sales, besides inside sales I was also responsible to take care of defective products like small chillers, Fans and send them to vendors for repair or credit. Maintain vendrors/suppliers list, coordinate with Allies distributors for the return of their defective products.
