Maintenance/Materials Planner

Responsible for directing aircraft materials throughout the United States and International areas of operations to support Airbus A319, A320 and A321 aircraft maintenance schedule. AOG materials support allowing maintenance operations to facilitate repairs and return aircraft back to service without loss of revenue due to down time. Ensure material allocations are maintained in support of all inspections including HMV, LMV and induction of new aircraft to the Spirit fleet.

•Oversee inventory, repair and rework of wheels and brakes used on associated aircraft with in the Spirit fleet. Directing and maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels

•Provide analytical data for parts usage to allow budget monitoring

•Direct liaison between Spirit Air materials department and vendor for parts purchasing

Developed procedures currently used for maintenance/materials fleet based aviation operations (FBO) for NetJets, Inc. Trained and staffed technicians at Line Stations and remote sites around the United States.
