First Tier Automotive suppliers, company Injection mold/blow molding and assembly eng manifold and fuel rail mainly for Ford, Renault and BMW; Manage night shift team of 20, made up of 15 Operators, 4 Line Leaders and 1 Team Leader: Reducing cycle time and scrap rate through controlling and stabilising the process setting, monitoring machine diagnostics, fault finding and documentation of new setting, update quality pack using Billion machines. Reprogramming Sepro robots to trim runner, inspect and pack at press. Set up and run Sonic Welding machines

Manufacturers of electrical accessories for household and industrial use, produced in Thermoset and Thermoplastic materials using Sandretto, Boy and Bipel compression machines. De-flashing and packing parts at press using ATM robots. Trials, set and document moulding conditions for new range of electrical accessories consisting 60 new moulds. Project manage transfer of high volume production to Sri Lanka; Responsible for mould shop with staff of 15 setters and operators over three shifts, ensuring that quality and targets are met, handling all production issues to do with machines, materials and tooling; Introduce to Kaizan disciplines.

Manufacture of above and below ground plumbing and drainage systems in UPVC, ABS, PP and PE, injection mould on Billion and Negri Bossi with ATM robot used for degating. Manage 9 setters that rotate on three shifts. Liaise with internal customers regarding moulding issues as and when they arise; Trial of new tools and modification to existing range before introduction to production; Reduce tool change time aided with SMED from 4hrs to 45min; Target cycle time and waste through process improvements.
