Contracted by Prime Controls strengthen their engineering team and be a mentor for less experienced engineers. Took over programming and configuration of the SCADA and Data Historian servers’, HMI’s, and workstations on the “World’s Largest Drainage Pump Station”. This is an Army Corp of Engineers project. The “GIWW West Closure Pump Station” on the Harvey and Algiers canals. The system is capable of pumping almost 21 million gallons of water a minute using 11 5400 hp diesels engines.
Key Results:
• Programmed, design, configured, and installed, 4 Dell servers’ with Rockwell FatoryTalk View SE, Clients, RSLogix5000, FactoryTalk Historian Server, VantagePoint, and various system software.
• Used my expertise in communications to writing all the training manuals, O&M manuals. Provided customer training on operation and maintenance (formal and informal) using my custom designed Power Point presentations.
• Cultivated excellent relationships with clients, resulting in a strong base for repeat business.
