Deblocking Filter for H.264:

Description: Deblocking Loop filter is to smooth the blocking edges around the boundary of each macro block without affecting the sharpness of the picture thus improving the subjective video quality of the compressed video. A conditional filtering shall be applied to all 4x4 block edges of a picture except edges at the boundary of the picture to reduce blocking distortion.

Switch Level Design of Dynamic BiCMOS Adder Circuit:

Description: The BiCMOS circuit has advantage of both the CMOS circuit and TTL circuit. In this paper a new structure and design method of switch level of binary dynamic BiCMOS adder circuit has been proposed. This circuit has advantage not only in high speed and low power but also in simple structure and low design complexity. PSpice simulation has proved that the circuit have correct logic function high running speed and low power consumption.
