o Serve as the business interface between Sprint Nextel and the vendor which develops the software for the frequency availability program (FAP).

• Worked as RF II network design engineer, team leader.

o Responsible for design of both iDEN and CDMA networks in San Diego County.

o Interfaced with vendors to communicate our design objectives, develop project milestones, and provide feedback on quality of work.

o Primary role as team lead was to coordinate the execution of action items with the members of my team as directed by my manager.

• Worked as frequency planner and have often doubled as liaison between West Region Spectrum Team and RF team at Nextel International on Mexican Tijuana and Mexicali border regions, successfully maintaining good relations between the two parties for 2 yrs.

o Developed the output data (plots, numerical data) to be used in network design reviews.

o Reviewed, improved and approved cell site designs of the NII RF design engineers.

o Worked/negotiated with international counterparts in NII on a regular basis.
