TRICARE is the health care program serving Uniformed Service members, retirees and their families worldwide. TRICARE Membership and Billing System provides functionality and capability to support TRICARE enrollment activities, related specifically to Membership, Billing and Fee processing.
It provides online real time updates with the ability to track different benefits and coverage options.
● 2010: Participated in the Developmented and Implementation of the TRICARE T-3
Enrollment Project. The work request is to provide the systematic support for the
transitioning in of enrollment data for the TRICARE T-3 North Contract and for systems
changes necessary to continue providing on-going enrollment functionality in
compliance with the specifications of the TRICARE T-3 Contract.
● 2011: Development and Implementation of new functionality for the TMBS Enrollment
System to create and process One-Time Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) and
One-Time E-Check Payments for PRIME and TRS/TRR accounts.
● 2011: Development of the TRICARE Young Adult project as a result of recently-signed
National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2011 which includes a provision to
extend premium-based health coverage to eligible dependent children until age of 26.
● 2011: North TMBS Shutdown – discontinue the extract and transmission process for the North TNEX TMBS data and reports to save resources.
● 2011: T3 Contract for South - the transitioning in of T3 South Enrollment data for
TRICARE T3 South Contract with Humana Military Health Services. Systems changes
enabled to continue providing Enrollment functionality in compliance with the
requirements of the TRICARE T3 contract.

Facilities and Materials Purchasing Systems are used to procure goods and services that are categorized as non-production, such as raw materials, pre-production items, facilities, and standard non-productive items. Four interconnected system components: Non-Production Material Catalog, Requisition / Release, Request for Quote, and Purchase Order. Statistics: 6,000 users; Processed 1+ million transactions daily.
• 2003-2004: Developed and Implemented the Non-Production Purchasing application (Global Buying System) to interface with Germany, which allowed for a single purchasing system with common functionalities between Germany and Auburn Hills MI site. Developed a very detailed Technical Design documents which allowed new- hired programmers successfully pursue with coding. Received BRAVO award for job well done.
• 2005: Redesigned the Facilities and Materials Requisition / Release Approval process to meet Sarbanes Oxley requirements. The redesign effort included the migration of the database platform from IMS to DB2 and required the transfer of 110 ODIMS production elements. Due to diligent and detailed planning for testing the data conversion, the smooth implementation with minimal issues allowed 6000 users to begin using it when launched. Received BRAVO award.
• 2007: Successfully implemented the Non-Production Purchasing application to interface with
Mexico, which allowed to bring Mexico buyers into the Global Buying System.
• 2008: Successfully retired an existing DaimlerChrysler Global Buying System and replaced it with an enhanced Chrysler Facilities and Materials Information System for Non-Production Purchasing. The project was completed on time as planned, through hard work, commitment, and had excellent team cooperation, with no interference to day-to-day purchasing activities when launched. Received BRAVO award.
• 2008-2009: Managed and Facilitated the knowledge transfer to a third-party, offshore team of 15; Facilitated weekly teleconferences including assisting the offshore team from home after work hours made possible to deliver projects on time.
