i started with lateral assemble i worked here for 9 months. then went to lateral weld which consists of not only welding but press operation along with stripit operation along with smooth face grinding with this it requires a lot of quality inspecting of your own work.then i moved to lateral paint in which i had to do inspections of the paint quality and to learn to paint with powder paint then i moved back to lateral weld where i was not only a weld specialist but backup operation specialist

i started as laborer but move quickly to saw operator then i moved to making pallets that also required to make jigs to achieve production requirements then i went to the dimension section where we mad custom orders for finish work molding, wood panels,ex. i was trained as head sawyer which required sawing grade lumber,and crating then went back to dimension plant this required me to not only take orders but interact with customers,to solve there problems what ever thy where so i have extensive history of customer service. and to run production along with oversee that all orders were done and run setup of all machinists this time we got a molder and could make custom molding much faster but required detailed setup and operating i was involved in every production run that ran thorough this shop which required me to maintain exclamatory quality control of all of the product and this also required me to keep things running smooth so i have a great deal of maintenance skills along with superb problem solving skills i was always the go to guy to solve problems whether it be for a customer or the shop
