Working as a graduate trainee in CNC department HAL, Bangalore,

For JAGUAR AND KIRAN AIRCRAFTS. Design the required parts as mentioned in the drawings by using the software’s catia v5R18, solid works. Finished drawing is loaded to CNC machine for machining. Completed parts are move to inspection department.

Presently working in ARDC DIVISION (AIRCRAFT REASERCH AND DESIGN CENTER), IN HAL, BANGLORE as A graduate trainee, in fuselage structural department. Design the aircraft parts by using the software packages like solid works, catiav5, and AutoCAD (basics) as mentioned in the drawings.

Project details:

TITLE: “CHARACTERIZATION OF GLASS/STEEL SANDWICH PANELS UNDER VARIED LOAD CONDITIONS”

The project work concerns the bending strength and tensile strength of sandwich composite material, which is made by hand layup method by using the E-glass fibers as a skin material and a steelmesh.as a core material. Made the different combinations of steel mesh and glass cloth as a sandwich panel by using the Epoxy as binding material, with the help of hardener Araldite LY556.Cut the sandwich panels to different dimensions as standard values. By using the Universal testing machine test for their bending and tensile strengths. Taking the photographs of the breaking specimens by SEM scanning machines.
