CIGNA Health Care Company manages the purchasing, sourcing and contracting activities for Medical and Dental claims and benefits.
Tel – Drug is a CIGNA Corporation’s online prescription distribution system. It is a web based application that handles the existing prescription ordering, refill and creation of prescriptions for members who have access to pharmaceutical coverage through CIGNA.
CWR is also a web based application provides the registered users the Electronic Explanation of Benefits (e.EOBs) to view reports like eligibility of benefits, Discounts and claim refunds
Responsibilities:
• Reviewed the Business Requirements , Functional Specification and Use case documents to carry out the testing activities
• Participated in Team Planning Sessions and Walkthrough Meetings.
• Extensive experience in Designed the test cases and Execute them
