7 years of wide experience in Design, Engineering & Execution of Air-conditioning projects for various applications such as High Residential & Commercial Buildings, Metro Rail Stations, Shopping malls, Hospital project, Villas etc. Presently working as a ‘Project Engineer’ for HVAC and associated works in M/s. The hospital will be organized into the five institutes of Digestive Disease, Eye, Heart and Vascular, Neurological, and Respiratory and Critical Care, to offer an advanced range of tertiary/quaternarymedicalservices..

2. Project Name: Dubai Metro Project.

(Station & Tunnel E&M works for Green Line 18 station)

Designation : Project Engineer – HVAC

Consultant (MEP) : Atkins International.

Contractor : Japan Turkey Metro Joint Venture (JTMJV).

Client : Road and Transport Authority (RTA), Govt. of Dubai, UAE.

Project Value : AED 1,500,000,000.

The Dubai Metro is one of the world's most advanced metro systems. 75 kilometres across and split into two lines, the trains will pass both above and below ground. This exciting new project, will revolutionise the public transport system in Dubai.The Metro will feature fully automatic driverless trains with on board travel information, air conditioning and a maximum running speed of 90km an hour.

2. Project Name: Executive Towers@ Business Bay, Dubai.

Designation: Project Engineer – HVAC

This project falls under the core area of Burj Dubai, developed by the one of the Master-Developers M/s. DUBAI Properties with the Engineering consultant as M/s. MACE and the Main contractor as M/s. Al-Habtoor Engineering Enterprises. A series of 11 towers are being developed around the region Business Bay named as Executive Towers ranging from 30 to 52 levels. We, M/s. ETA M&E as the Nominated Subcontractor for carrying out the complete MEP services for these towers with the contract value of Dhs. 800 million. This project is served by district cooling chilled water system

3. Project Name: Burj Dubai Residences, Phase-III (SOUTH RIDGE), Dubai.

Designation: Site Engineer (HVAC)

This project has 6 Residential towers with common podium car parking and villas, which is coming in the residential area of Burj Dubai, developed by EMAAR Properties and the main contractor is Nasa Multiplex and consultant is Mace, It is a series of 6 towers. We are providing MEP services for these towers. This project is served by district cooling chilled water system.

4. Project Name: Burj Dubai Residences, Phase-II, Dubai.

Designation: Site Engineer (HVAC)

This project has 3 Residential towers with common podium car parking and villas, which is coming in the residential area of Burj Dubai, developed by EMAAR Properties and the main contractor is Nasa Multiplex and consultant is Mace International, It is a series of 3 towers. We are providing MEP services for these towers and the project value is Dhs 80 millions. This project is served by district cooling chilled water system.

6. ETA Engineering Private Limited – Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

a) Designation : Graduate Engineer Trainee – HVAC

b) Duration : Aug. 2004 to Mar. 2006

c) Project : Tidel Park, Chennai.

M/s. TATA Consulting Engineers are the Engineering Consultants whereas M/s. Hyundai Engg. and Construction are the Main Contractor and M/s. ETA Engineering Pvt. Ltd., are the Nominated subcontractors for ACMV / Electrical works amounting to a Contract value of INR. 48 Crores which is one of the biggest Contracts involving Thermal Energy Storage System.

Roles And Responsibility

The following are the current Roles and Responsibilities, undergone during the previous / current Experience, being worked from a MEP Contractor side

1. General supervision and inspect the installation, modification and commissioning of mechanical systems at construction sites

2. Monitor, verify, and document the work being performed through site engineers.

3. To ensure proper implementation of design at site.

4. Provide technical assistance to the construction team as needed.

5. Generate/Review material requisitions, submittals, and ensure contract performance measures are met.

6. Ensure that all mechanical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan

7. To coordinate with other engineering discipline

8. Evaluate the project construction to ensure compliance with standards for mechanical systems.

9. Serve as the Site Representative for all matters related to construction quality assurance of mechanical works.

10. Receive/action Request for Information (RFI) that apply to mechanical works. RFI’s requiring design feedback will be directed to the senior engineer for response. Review the responses for adequacy.

11. Preparation of installation method statements in coordination with the QA/QC representatives and check the prepared documents.

12. Advice the QC personals for the ITP interference points.

13. To handle the complete Mechanical installation, testing, commissioning (HVAC, and other mechanical activities)

14. Plan, review, and coordinate design and construction operations to ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications

15.Investigate equipment and system failures or unexpected maintenance problems

16. To monitor and control expenses related to project work and ensure organisational forecasts and budgets are met for these expenses.

17. To handle procurement activities relating to contracts and sub contracts in accordance with Company Procedures and Procurement department activities.

18. To ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.
