Shift Supervisor

•Management the plant and the staff (engineers, operators, drivers, helpers) during the shift.

•Following up troubles and preventive procedures with maintenance team, and preparing the work orders, isolation certificates, and work permits for maintenance activities .

•Following up and deal with technical problems to solve in safety and suitable ways.

•Writing the shift reports, coordination and discussing the tasks with the management.

Raw Sugar Senior Coordinator (for 1 year)

•Leading on the staff (operators, attendants, bulldozer drivers, workers) in this section, and train them with using the international regulations of safety.

•Coordination between the reception, melting sections and process plant.

•Supervision the unloading of raw sugar trucks from shipment by the conveyors to store inside warehouses.

•Writing the reception, melting reports, make the start up and shutdown procedures, and punch list every shutdown, coordinate and discuss the tasks with management.

•Making the modifications for conveyors (chains, belts, screws, and elevators), and pipes of melting station to increase the produce to obtain the maximum capacity.

Process Engineer at Dryer and Conditioning Silos Sections (for 1 year)

•Be part of the team who commissioned the equipment, and each station in the plant.

•Starting up the plant.

•preparing the procedures of operation, cleaning, start up, and shutdown.

•Supervision and train the staff in that sections with safety rules.

•Blending the final sugar for packing station with a requested color and moisture.

•Working on control room (DCS) with Siemens System (PCS7).

Construction Engineer (first 3 months) during last phase of construction

•Receiving and testing the equipment from contractors.

•Commissioning all the equipment of all units in this plant.

•Preparing the check lists for all equipment, pumps, conveyors, tanks, valves, and pipes.

•Training in all units in this company (refining plant, and utilities units)

•Bachelor degree in Chemical Science, specialization in Applied Chemistry.

Qualifications

•I have courses for safety rules, and firefighting in National Sugar Co.

•Work with international regulations of safety, use safety gears and follow our employees to use it, use work permit during every job to make it in safety situation.

•Good at English language (I have a preparing course for TOEFL test).

•Good knowledge at computer skills (I have a course for ICDL).

•I have a preparing course for Master degree in general management in National Institute of Administration (INA).

•Contribute in (ISO 22000) implementation with (SGS Co.) in National Sugar Co.

•I member of HALAL team for HALAL certificate with (SGS Co.) in National sugar company.

•Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work in one team environment under pressure, and overtime.

•Good communication skills, and ready to accept challenges and responsibilities.
