Bollenbach Landslide Stabilization Project, Bel Air, CA 20M

Supervised 8.5 acre site to remedial a deep accent landslide, protect adjacent neighbors properties and main residence with various shoring systems, concrete caissons/retaining walls, tie-backs, lagging, and underground infrastructures of wells, drains, pipe structs, slope indicators, pile monitoring. Documented and implemented all site SWEPPS. Succeeded 100% “no dirt into the streets.” Coordinated with design team and completed phase 1 of u/g utilities in east canyon. Completed residence south exterior concrete walls and foundations. Led sub coordination, special updates, and safety meetings, interfaced weekly with owner & consultants meeting.
