About the project The primary goal of the project is to provide better service to customers to call centre agents and users from other departments, Resolve issues with the existing application to increase efficiency & effectiveness in billing & customer care. The Application was running on Siebel 6.0 and is upgraded to Siebel 7.8.

Alestra provides telecommunications services under the Alestra and AT&T brand names in Mexico. It offers domestic and international long distance services, data and Internet services, and local services. Alestra serves multinational corporations and large and affiliate Mexican corporations; small and medium-sized businesses; and residential customers.

This project includes the integration of Siebel with about 35 external systems. The EAI Tibco is the middle layer. The whole integration system was implemented using various integration mechanisms.
