Provide guidance to Project Managers to establish project deliverables with consultants, contractors, and Architectural and Interior Design & Construction personnel and that these deliverables/milestones are achieved along with construction schedules and funding.

Development guidelines standards from conceptual through construction documents. Designed and implemented cost effective guidelines throughout the projects life. Directed the Interior and Architectural design team and provided design concepts and cost analysis.
