• Home Depots in OH, WI, and MN.
• Texas Roadhouse projects in ID, MT, UT, NV, AR, NM, CO, NE, IA, MN, MO, TX, WI, IL, IN, MI, OH, PA, NY, VA, NC, and FL.
• Saved Texas Roadhouse thousands of dollars on possible OH site. Determined the 2 acre site in question was not economically suitable as it had a gas well, large drainage ditch which needed a 72” pipe and 300 semi-truck loads of offsite fill.
• Kohl’s projects in IN, WI, and OH.
• Handled a difficult stormwater design issue on project site in Virginia Beach, VA. Site had a very high water table and very limited detention space requiring several methods of detention to meet requirements.

• Construction inspection for Municipal projects included watermain replacement, installation of storm sewer, and replacement of street pavement.
• Assisting contractors with plan interpretation.

• 30 acre Industrial project in Zion, IL. Site included Wetland Removal and Floodplain issues, thousands of yards of Cut and Fill (site was raised up to 12 ft), Army Corp and local stormwater district regulations, Semi-Truck parking and movement issues.
• 3 acre urban commercial site in Prospect Heights, IL with floodplain issues, limited detention space, major 12” watermain relocation, and a very difficult city approval processes.
• Motorola World Headquarters Campus in Schaumburg, IL Stormwater System Modeling. Site issues included parking lot ponding and stormwater pipe settlement issues. Our scope involved identifying problem areas and proposing solutions to issues.
