Responsible for all company operations.

I was responsible for bidding, creating budgets and schedules for all projects. I scheduled all field operations, equipment delivery and maintenance, all material procurement, billing, approval of all payables, hiring of workforce and all day to day operations of 60 employees.

When I started with this company we were doing $4 million per year. Within one year we had grown to $15 million per year. We were primarily a site contractor. We did all underground utilities, dirt work, clearing, base and asphalt, site concrete and landscaping.

Formed, poured and place rebar in columns. Placed pre-cast and steel beams for main bridge support. Placed steel pans and formed deck, placed 3 deck slabs averaging 18,000sf. I made sure that we were on schedule and under budget. We were able to complete all projects on time and under budget.
