Responsible for all company operations.
I was responsible for bidding, creating budgets and schedules for all projects. I scheduled all field operations, equipment delivery and maintenance, all material procurement, billing, approval of all payables, hiring of workforce and all day to day operations of 60 employees.
When I started with this company we were doing $4 million per year. Within one year we had grown to $15 million per year. We were primarily a site contractor. We did all underground utilities, dirt work, clearing, base and asphalt, site concrete and landscaping.

I coordinated with site superintendent and project manager for scheduling day to day operations.We performed demolition on the bridges, drove concrete piling for end bents, formed, poured and placed rebar in foundations for cast-in-place columns. Formed, poured and place rebar in columns. Placed pre-cast and steel beams for main bridge support. Placed steel pans and formed deck, placed 3 deck slabs averaging 18,000sf. Poured using Bidwell concrete paver, placed rebar and poured variable height barrier wall, excavated and placed pre-cast sections for culvert under highway.

I made sure that we were on schedule and under budget. We were able to complete all projects on time and under budget.
