Reviews included strategy development, process review, risk evaluation and finance specific operations. Final consulting engagement results were communicated to CEO and executive staff.
Specific engagements examples:
1) Reviewed previous 5 years of company acquisitions. Implemented process changes specific to due diligence and integration.
2) Reviewed services business contract approval process and adherence by analyzing the corporate review process and the onsite process at client sites. Implemented both strategic and tactical process changes, reducing deal review complexity and reducing liability exposure.
