 Directed all phases of construction (quality control, survey, concrete placement, excavation, dewatering, formwork, rebar, embeds, under-ground piping, backfill, paving).

 Responsible for OSHA SAFETY requirements and supervision of over 200 employees

 Implemented 100% “no surprise” excavation program in an existing 50 year old refinery.

 Employees working under my supervision worked over a year with no loss time or recordable incidents, (saving Cajun millions this past year in self insured reimbursements) while completing all contractual responsibilities in allotted time frame.

 Promoted “incident and injury free” work site benefiting employees, contractor (Cajun), general contractor (Bechtel) , and owner (Chevron).

▪ Responsible for supervision and management of a carpentry crew. Construction of a coal burning power plant construction project while complying with both company and OSHA safety requirements

 Conducted massive “hog out” of entire site and coordinated subcontractor drilling of support piles. Supervised the formwork, embeds, rebar, and concrete placement of all foundations and duct banks. Controlled material placement and preparation for area paving. Finished all above ground pedestals (turbines, fans, pumps, etc).
