Summary

• Planning, scheduling and coordinating construction operations for new and existing projects

• Completing projects safely, within specified time limits and within budget guidelines

• Instilling an “if it cannot be done safely it will not be done” mentality on a jobsite. This has led to over a million hours worked without a recordable. It is this attitude towards safety that is passed from the project management down thru programs and supervisor training that can accomplish a safety first worksite. A job will not be done unless it is done safely.

• Coordinating activities with subcontractors and engineering disciplines while troubleshooting and resolving technical discrepancies

• Assuring compliance with regulations, construction codes, and specifications thru proper quality controls that prepare and submit reports on a timely basis

• Setting up document control to capture revisions and change orders along with their impact

• Preparing cost estimates including time, labor, supplies, equipment and material

• Implementing cost effective acquisition of necessary tools, materials and equipment
