PROJECT UNDERTAKEN

1. Theatre Survey

Environment : Java 1.5, JSP, Struts 1.3, Spring2.5, JPA (Hibernate 3.3), Oracle 10g, Jboss 4.2.3.

Description This project was to design an online application which helps to maintain the quality across all the theatres. The end user of the application was the Quality Surveyors and Reviewers. A Surveyor visits the theatre in there individual segment, inspects the theatre and fills up the feedback form through the system. The form is submitted to the reviewers for approval. Once approved action items are assigned against each of the Departments. Based on this data, quality reports were generated to see the performance. There is an admin module created for creating new or updating Surveyors, Reviewers, Theatres, Segments, etc.

Responsibilities:

Involved in preparation of database scripts.

Involved in generating JPA entities.

Involved in the validation of fields in Client side and Server side.

Involved in writing framework classes like caching, Request Processor.

Involved in the writing of Action classes, Struts configuration file.

Involved in converting HTML to JSP pages.

2. Mobile Shopping Through GPRS Technology

Environment : Java 1.5, Servlet 2.5, JSP 2.0, Oracle 9i, Jboss 4.2.3.

Description This project is aimed at managing and controlling various business work flow in an industry to accompany high business strategy. This web enabled application has features to keep track of employee activities of an organization to meet the organizational goals tightly integrating all the functions of an enterprise.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating database (Oracle).

Involved in the validation of fields in Client side and Server side.

Involved in coding and testing.
