Job Mission

Seeking a position where my I.T. skills, experience, and dedication can be utilized to benefit a company's efficiency and bottom line while also satisfying my passion for computers.

Since 1996 worked in the I.T field specializing in hardware and printer repair in both the private and public sectors. Duties included:

Diagnosing problems and assuring a quick repair of I.T. equipment.

Consulting on upgrades or replacement of I.T. equipment.

Installation of new I.T. equipment.

Preventative maintenance of existing I.T. equipment.

Assisting on installation and setup of network servers and hubs.

Utilized time management so SLA’s were kept.

Being able to work on my own initiative or as part of a team.
