Key Responsibilities

> Preparing HBL copy for the customers and Masters copy for the Shipping

line for the shipments from USA to Middle East.

> Preparing ware house / Inspection copy for the customers.

> Following up with the customers for the Dock receipt to prepare the

bill of lading.

> Checking Masters Copy sent by shipping line and make necessary

corrections.

> Following up with customers and confirming about the shipped material.

> Filling AES ITN through EEI to the US customs for Ro-Ro & Container

shipments.

> Making booking confirmations and Trucking facilities.

> Responsible for checking and maintaining bills & checks.

> Assisting customers with the issues related to their shipping and

delivery details.

> Resolving urgent issues with shipping lines if there are any problems

with the booking or the billing price.

> Familiarity with commodity / cargo descriptions like Auto equipment,

construction equipment and materials related to machinery.

> In construction oriented tools like wheel loaders, hydraulic

excavator, bobcat loaders, crawler tractor, generators etc.

> Interacting with offshore customers in USA for any issues related to

process.

> Handling a team of 7 members.

> Adhering to company standards and norms in work environment.
