Project Implementation Manager Human Resources
Progressive experience with responsibility for managing and coaching a cross-functional team of four (4) HRMS Analysts and technical personnel. Focusing on the continued refinement of Oracle HR, Oracle Advance Benefits and ADP Payroll systems to comply with and enhance Exterran’s business requirements (a company with annual 2009 income in excess of $2.7 billion). Working collaboratively with all levels of management.
•Successfully designed, tested and implemented company-wide Oracle ERP systems designed to service Exterran’s more than 6,000 U.S. employees
