• Completed 70 million dollar project with 2 million contingency remaining. Work included public works offsite utilities, infrastructure, roadwork and relocating major electrical transmission lines.

4S RANCH TOWNE CENTER – 300,000sq ft Community Center, Rancho Bernardo, CA

• Successfully completed company flagship project on schedule and on budget.

FALCON RIDGE TOWN CENTER – 400,000sq ft Power Center, Fontana, CA.

• Met schedule and exceeded budget goals on 50 million dollar center and Public Works project.
