QUALIFICATIONS

Ed Klecka has over ** years experience in the construction industry. As Project Engineer, Assistant Superintendant and Superintendant. The structure consists of a large floor plate on the lower four floors of approximately 150,000 sq. ft. per floor. The upper four floors are comprised of four individual connecting pods housing the various beds. The hospital includes 543 patient beds. Services inclkude labor and delivery, pediatrics, med/surgery, ICU, Psychiatric, emergency medicine. Ed was responsible for providing field coordination activities including completing all necessary OSHPD Inspections, coordinating with the building contractor and subcontractors to complete all scheduled work, and assisting the administration staff with all ongoing construction activities.

UCLA Santa Monica Orthopediac Hosipital, Santa Monica, CA, Project Engineer, construction management services for the 500,000sq. Ft. hospital that includes two floors below grade and six floors above grade. The structuree consists of a new Central Plant below grade, and new multi-wing hospital and a refurbished hsopital building located onsite. The hospital includes 271 patient beds.
