Ed Klecka has over ** years experience in the construction industry. As Project Engineer, Assistant Superintendant and Superintendant. Ed’s responsibilities include communication between management and field operations, working closly with OSHPD, and DSA Inspectors, maintaining project reports and tracking status of submittals, RFI’s, approval letters and quality control. Ed will play a key role in the project by facilitating communication between the subcontractors and other team members.

Twin Cities Hospital, Project Engineer, consisted of support services building, an administration building and a patient tower addition to the existing hospital. Ed’s responsibilities included product submittals, RFI’s, and project documents. Working directly with the architect and superintendent, Edward performed excellent quality control assuring client satisfaction. He developed and maintained the safety program serving as the Safety Officer, Templeton, CA ($20M)

A five-story, 200,000 sq. ft. hospital facility with 300 beds. Project

scope included mold remediation that involved shower and bathroom tile replacement, upgrade and replacement of all exterior windows,and Repainting and resealing of elastomeric coating.

Ed maintained project reports, tracked status of submittals, and RFI’s.

He also assisted with safety and quality control. Oxnard, CA ($12M)

Ronald Reagan Hospital, UCLA Westwood, CA, Superintendent, construction management services for a 1,300,000 sq. ft. hospital that included two floors below grade, eight floors above grade and two helipads located on the roof. The structure consists of a large floor plate on the lower four floors of approximately 150,000 sq. ft. per floor. The upper four floors are comprised of four individual connecting pods housing the various beds. The hospital includes 543 patient beds. Services inclkude labor and delivery, pediatrics, med/surgery, ICU, Psychiatric, emergency medicine. Ed was responsible for providing field coordination activities including completing all necessary OSHPD Inspections, coordinating with the building contractor and subcontractors to complete all scheduled work, and assisting the administration staff with all ongoing construction activities.

UCLA Santa Monica Orthopediac Hosipital, Santa Monica, CA, Project Engineer, construction management services for the 500,000sq. Ft. hospital that includes two floors below grade and six floors above grade. The structuree consists of a new Central Plant below grade, and new multi-wing hospital and a refurbished hsopital building located onsite. The hospital includes 271 patient beds. Services include Labor and Delivery, Pediatrics, Med/Surgery, ICU, Orthopedics and Emergency Medicine. Responsibilities included providing field coordination activities including completing all subcontractors to complete all scheduled work, and assisting the administration staff with all the ongoing construction activities, Santa Monica, CA

Eisenhower Medical Center-Emergency Department & Renker Pavilion, CA, Superintendent, consisted of a Two Story construction expansion of the emergency department totaling 13, 679 sq. ft. Also included is the remodel and renovation of a 61, 869 sq. ft. of the existing emergency department, as welll as the second floor of the Renker Pavilion birthing and medical /surgical patient rooms along with a new state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen and private dining area, Rancho Mirage, CA ($40M) (9/08 – 10/08) (full-time)

LAUSD High School #5, San Fernando, CA, Superintendent, consisting of a Three Story 250,000 sq. ft. new high school facility. His responsibilities included supervising all construction activities of the Masonary “B” Buildings at the site such as scheduling, conduct meetings, assist DSA Inspectors and subcontractors in completing all seismic support systems and work activities. ($50M)
