WORK EXPERIENCE:-

Working with TSG Global as M.I.S Executive for its client WIPRO w.e.f. 1st June 2011 to till date, at Chandigarh.

Worked as Data Entry Operator in MindSpring pvt. Ltd Chd.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Printer Installation and Troubleshooting in AGS Thin Clients.

• Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting of Lotus Notes client version 6.5, 7 and 8.

• Respond to calls and E-mails from users on desktop, network and printer related issues.

Asset Management :

• Taking care of Asset Inventory under IMAC process. New Installation / Addition/ Modify/ Transfer cases within organization as per customer requirement & approval.

• Taking care of branches asset collection.

• Mapping of asset configuration & warranty details IN USD tool.

Project Activities :-

• IT set up of new upcoming branch of HDFC Bank which includes Installation & configuration of Thin Clients, mapping employee Id’s, coordinate with engineers at new branch setup.
