Researcher-MedTRACK

Collection, compilation and analysis of company pipeline and product related information. Product related information includes; product description, its active ingredient, clinical trial details, therapeutic utility, pharmacological details, product partnering, product highlights, territory details, and verifying their INDA, NDA, ANDA and SNDA filing status, if available (Pipeline information of both public and private pharmaceutical companies across the world)

Analysis of research publications, company press releases, latest updates, clinical trials, science conference publications to identify and report key industry developments and trends

Interacting with Principle investigators regarding various Phase, intervention, study type, size, and territory and posology information of investigational drugs.

Tracking and update of company data and pipeline information from secondary sources like company websites, company annual reports, company SEC files, scirus (scientific journals and articles), regulatory bodies like USFDA, EMEA and clinicaltrials.gov website

Resolving and responding to external queries related to product pipeline or company information from the client

Quality Review of researchers work and providing feedback on the same

Imparting training to team members both in terms of skills and industry knowledge

Managing team activities like meetings, planning work schedule, tracking daily productivity.

Dynamically involving in the team development activities, boosting team morale, handling personnel issues as they arise, and also leading the appraisal process for the team
