PC-Tools are a family of PC applications that, when the PC is connected to a single or a network of pumps, motors or controllers, makes it possible to supervise, control and configure these devices.

SelfProgrammer-(2011 April - Present)

“Self Programmer PC Tool” is a window based application that communicates with targeted hardware to program/re-program via a binary (*.bin) file. Target hardware is circuit board with MCU running Grundfos Self Programmer component.

• Hands-On in VC++ Development.

• Provided Command Line Interface to the MFC application.

E-Products – (2011 Jan – 2011 March)

The Grundfos PC Tool E-products enables end-users and service technicians to maintain and service Grundfos E-motors, E-pumps and controllers. The PC Tool E-products communicates with Grundfos Electronics Network Intercommunication bus products from a PC running Microsoft Windows.

E-products enable us to monitor the operating status, perform standard configuration, perform custom configuration and save logged data of and from E-products.

• Hands-On in VC++ Development.

• Did requirement gathering for Automation of Test for E-Products, using MCTAP, automation Test Tool.

• Created an Interface b/n E-Product (C++ project) and MCTAP (Java Project) using socket programming (UDP Implementation).

HCL Technologies Ltd is a Partner Consultant of Cisco offshore Development Centre in Chennai, India. Cisco systems are involved in providing world-class end-to-end networking solutions and network products. Working in their NATEG division; the team is focused on testing consumer line of products of VoIP. Primary responsibility involves supporting the team in India, supporting Cisco Systems in solution testing, project transactions from Cisco systems to client On-Site, setting up device testing lab network, build solution test bed. Localization ETSGJ - (2009 Aug – 2010 June)

This project involves testing Cisco VoIP. Voice Gateway’s and Gatekeepers support IP phone lines with call waiting, call forwarding facilities, data fax modem, also during primary line fail over. H.323 umbrella protocol was implemented to support all multimedia services.

Design and deploy:

• Supporting the Solution test group in India.

• Cisco Call Manager configuration, Administration and Troubleshooting, bug reporting – TIMS.

• Have configuration knowledge of CISCO IP Phones. Good understanding of SCCP & SIP Trunking.

• Automating Test Cases of solution test plan and test procedure for VoIP protocols (H.323, MGCP).

This project is a database project, which helps in managing the Employee Database. It aids in maintenance of Employee information, Company details and Income, Bonus, Insurance. Crystal Reports are used to provide the auto Report generation. I was involved in developing reporting system to easily generate various reports from our unrelated Time Tracking system and project management also exporting the database to MaxDB, SQL Server 2000 server. I developed an interface for the database using Visual Basic 6.0. I Designed reports which can be generated using Crystal Reports.

• I was involved in coding in VB 6.0.

• Involved in creation of custom tables in MaxDB, SQL Server.

• Involved in testing the functionality of the packages implemented and preparing Unit test Sequences.
