• Inspects all facilities, by using circuit television system; reports deficiencies, corrects and/or initiates follow up corrective action.

• Maintains and reviews detailed written daily operations log/shift summary of inspections, incident reports and operation activity reports.

• Makes and reviews numerous database entries into the company database regarding inspections, incidents and service fees.

• Performs minor maintenance duties in support of the operations/maintenance unit

• Assignment of job priorities and work orders with foremen and review regularly

• Assign work schedules of renovation, remodeling and repairs of the building and ground facilities

• Estimate the cost of projects accurately and submit them to the operation manager.
