• Worked on a university wide support program for the Help Desk. This program is
still in development
• Created and managed schedule for continued training courses for current workers
• Taught team-building classes and customer service classes for current employees

• Worked directly with students, faculty and staff with various levels of computer knowledge
and technical skills
• Assisted in password resets to step by step instructions on resolving computer issues
