WORK EXPERIENCE
Computer repair, maintenance and Customer Service Representative (Quality Electronics).
• Repair computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and associated peripherals. Reinstall operating systems in the case of hard disk failures. Installing, updating, and troubleshooting applications. As a Customer Service Representative; provide a valuable link between customers and the company who produce the products and services they used to buy. I was responsible for responding to customer inquiries and making sure that any problems they were experiencing could be resolved. For the work I used tools like Computers, telephone, some interact with customers by e-mail, fax, post, or face-to-face.
Typist (Copy Master).
• Perform responsible and confidential secretarial and clerical work as well as public relations and ability to operate a computer in order to attend all the clients’ demands. Reads instructions accompanying material, or follows verbal instructions from supervisor or person requesting document, to determine format desired, number of copies needed, priority, and other requirements. Types and revises material such as correspondence, reports, statistical tables, addresses, and forms, from rough draft, corrected copy, recorded voice dictation, or previous version displayed on screen, using typewriter or computer and word processing software.
Technical Support and Customer Service (Internet Center).
• Provide assistance with technology products such as computers, telephones, software products and peripherals. Help clients with the Internet connection troubles and serve them making copies, digitalizing and scanning works on the printer. Also assist them with national and international phone calls over the line.
English Teacher (Modern English College).
• Instruct students from 1st and 2nd grade in the language arts, including reading comprehension, writing, speaking, listening and visual literacy. I was responsible for preparing lessons, instruct and evaluate students. Maintain classroom discipline, keep attendance records, grade assignments and provide feedback to the principal of the school.
