Administrative Assistant

Responsible for typing all correspondence and reports in final form from rough drafts; proof-read to ensure that correct grammar, spelling, punctuation and proper format was used; prepare bids, invoices and inventory reports. Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries. Process customer billing and prepare monthly customer statements. Receive telephone calls and screen all visitors to the office. Organize meetings; maintain supervisor’s calendar. Retrieve email messages; order supplies; distribute mail; handle all human resources functions for the company.
