•Mount Dora High School, Mount Dora, Fl ($30 million). Two phase project

•Lakeview Middle School, Winter Garden Fl ($13 million). Three phase project on an occupied campus. Completed on time within budget.
•Alfond Sports Center, Winter Park, Fl at Rollins College ($7.7 million) working space restricted and retrofit to existing gym building. Completed on time and within budget.
Strickland Construction Services: Project Superintendent 1996 to 1999
•Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church School, Palm Coast, Fl ($3.0 million). Two-story school building constructed within an occupied school campus. Completed one month a head of schedule and within budget.
•Assisted Living Facilities, Maitland, Fl ($5.5 million). Constructed two up-scaled living facilities. Completed a head of schedule and below budget.
•Daytona Beach Community College Sports Complex, Daytona Beach, Fl ($5 million). Constructed new facilities, working space restricted and retrofit to existing gym building. Completed on time and within budget.
Wharton-Smith Construction: Project Superintendent 1994 to 1996
•Mickey’s Toon Town Disney World, Orlando, Fl ($5 million). Eight-month project, completed on time and within budget.
•Navy Air Station Applied Instruction Building, Jacksonville, Fl ($2.7 million). Fourteen-month project, completed in eleven months and below budget.
Aberthaw-Peck Construction Co.: Project Superintendent 1992 to 1994
•School G, Spring Hill, Fl, ($7.1 million). Nine-month project, completed on time and within budget.
•Kissimmee Police Station, Kissimmee, Fl ($3.5 million). Constructed new two story facility within ten feet of existing police station. Upon completion of new police station, demolished existing police station and completed site work. Project was on schedule and within budget.
Atlantic Design & Construction: Project Superintendent 1991 to 1992
•Marriott Distribution Complex, Fort Pierce, Fl ($2 million). Eighty five thousand square foot freezer/cooler/office space distribution center. Completed on time and within budget.
•Schneck Distribution Center, Rockledge, Fl ($2.5 million). Two story, sixty eight thousand square foot beer distribution/office center. Completed on time and within budget.
M.H. Williams Construction Co.: Project Superintendent 1987 to 1991
•Martesia Development, Indian Harbor Beach, Fl ($2 million) Fifty-acre development included: tennis courts, playing area, club house and fountain. Completed on time and within budget.
•Security National bank, Melbourne, Fl ($1.2 million). Five-month project, completed on time and within budget.
•Reflections Office Complex, Melbourne, Fl ($2.5 million) Four story reflective glass office building. Complex surrounded by existing hundred-year-old oak trees. Completed a head of schedule and within budget.
•Saint Sebastian Episcopal Church, Melbourne beach, Fl ($1 million) Addition to existing church. Completed project a head of schedule and within budget.
