PermaCity Solar - 2010
• Effectively tracked and monitored daily price of copper, saving $10,000 - $15,000 per order for a total savings of $155,000 a year. Negotiated prices and obtained better terms on bulk purchases of solar installation products, saving company more than $100,000 in 7 months.

• Participated with a team of buyers, researching and negotiating with potential packaging manufacturers, resulting in the company decision to close down its own corrugated manufacturing division. This produced a net savings to the company of approximately 13.7% in the first year. It also enhanced the company’s market presence and saturation due to improved graphics.
