Power up and down machine
Order tool package
Order material
Cut stock to right length
Call out program
Install jaws and tooling
Take Offsets
Do dry run
Run first part
Check part with blue print using micrometers, depth gauges, calipers plug gauges,ect.
Make adjustments if needed
Run job, Check parts frequently
Finnish job then do paper work, puch parts into computer
Take parts to next operation
Machines I ran was Okuma Cadet, Okuma howa, Mori Seiki, Ikegai, Miyano Dae Woe.

Do dry run
Run first part

Run job checking parts frequently

Run each tool til bore is finished
Measure each bore when finnished using dial bore mic
Move part to next operation
Use over head crane to load parts in machine and and take them out
