Global Project System (GPS): Project developing a company wide web-based sales and engineering tool, standardising the sizing, selection, quotation and costing of all company projects.
- Oversaw implementation of technical specifications in GPS, responsible for maintaining quality levels of implementation.
- Streamlined processes for proposal creation, quote generation and costing by visiting company sites in Canada, Italy and Belgium to collect information on current practices. The end result was a process standard used in GPS.
- Defined logic for; product and Project Definition, a new company wide Costing Tool, automated Proposal Generation for projects and built-in Encyclopaedia.
- Delivered training on Product Definition and Cost Model developed for GPS, enabling local administration of products.
