• Used different ergonomics tools like flow chart, mapping tools to analyze root causes of back pain in nursing.

Utilization of Six Sigma in Thermal Power Plant
• Used Six Sigma tools to find out loss of De-Mineralized water in thermal power plant, which further reduced company’s De-Mineralized water production cost.
Created Spiro meter
• This measured the tidal volume of the air flow in the lungs.
• Designing circuit diagrams of all the components needed for Spiro meter like
Amplifier, filters, switching circuit, A-D convertors, seven digit display circuit etc
• Used microcontroller for programming.
Created Pulse Oxy meter
• This measures oxygen saturation in the blood by using red and infrared lights.
• Designing finger probe by designing circuit of red and infrared lights and detector on it.
• Designing other circuits like filter, amplifier, switching circuit made with use of gate.
Created Electromayogram
• This analyses the strength of the muscles and thereby analyze which muscle is not working.
• Measured these using different electrodes.
• Designed different circuits needed to grt the output.
