Supplier Quality and Development Manager

Manage a team of SQE’s in working directly with suppliers to improve manufacturing and processing activities using risk analysis, process reviews, APQP, PPAP, Run-at-Rate studies, Drill Deep and Drill Wide Analysis, Sigma tools, etc. with a focus on proactive prevention and predictive work.

Execute APQP/PPAP requirements and supplier selection inputs on New Product Introduction programs to ensure flawless launch quality.

Drive supplier systemic improvements and implementation of global tools and process (DDDW, Top Defect Matrix, Step Down Charts, Zero Defect Plans, Opex Tools).
