Vendor & Customer Relations
As an innovative design engineer, I drove technical solutions from design and engineering through manufacturing for diverse audio applications including industrial products and consumer electronics. Working with professional audio, digital entertainment, personal computing, and contract design companies, I delivered new and re-designed products to meet customer needs. Cultivating relationships with vendors, designers, purchasing and material control, I ensured delivery within set timelines and budgets and achieved strong customer satisfaction.
- Defining design specifications
- Preparing component and assembly labor cost estimates
- Testing products for reliability and robustness
- Meeting company and industry standards
- Completing projects within established schedules and budgets
I approach all projects with great organization and attention to detail, relate easily to people of all levels, and work well independently and in teams. My peers know me to be competitive and creative. My BS is in Engineering from SUNY, Stony Brook.
