• Managing & following up administrator issues for different projects (define needed works, actions, concerned parties…etc). Review & comment on submitted studies, proposals, agreements and MoU’s etc

Activities performed: Coordination, Addressing the existing problems, needs and expectations to control and enhance the exciting condition. Follow up the design process, the Architectural Guidelines and Storefront Design Guidelines, including: Signage, materials, color scheme...etc, to ensure the integration and complementary of the upcoming data with Madaba CHTUD projects.

(2) Madaba Archaeological Park Management Plan. Siyaha Project on behalf of MoTA

Year: 2006 – 2007

Main project features: Preparing a management plan for Madaba Archaeological Park – including an Interpretation Plan- as a part of the Heritage Trail within the historic core of the city Madaba.

Positions held: Director of Madaba CHTUDP Unit/ Municipality Coordinator

Activities performed: Define the Site boundaries and its settings. Collecting Data related to the site the; adjacent landowners, tenants and families. Identify Values and Significance in the perspective of the residents through informal interviews with the neighborhoods. Participate in setting objectives. (4) Madaba City Revitalization Program (3rd Tourism Project) - MoTA and World Bank

Activities performed: Coordinate the information-gathering process for the municipal infrastructure, traffic situation, uncontrolled urban growth, Land use & Building Regulations, Heritage Buildings and the Archaeological sites. Assisting the consultants in Economic analysis, Social, Environmental and Institutional assessment,. Identifying key issues that affecting Madab's social and economic development: Threats to cultural heritage, causes of decay, and crisis of public spaces. The Physical decay of the urban environment. Identify and analysis of Madaba’s stakeholders' platform.

Main project features: Restoration and Rehabilitation of a landmark heritage building ( The Saray Building), to be reused as a museum (Memory of Madaba City).

Activities performed : A preliminary concept and outline for the Restoration and Rehabilitation of a landmark heritage building (Saray Building ), to be reused as a museum (Memory of Madaba City); Exhibition for documents and old photos for the locals and the city in the ground floor, library, computers ,administration, and archives section in the second floo .
