Project Description : Dryadeparent is a new tree mining algorithm for finding frequent tree-shaped patterns in a database of tree-shaped data. Tree mining can lead to many practical applications in the areas of computer networks bioinformatics and XML documents databases mining. Hence we are in need of designing efficient candidate tree enumeration candidate tree enumeration algorithms in order to avoid algorithm is an adaptation of our earlier algorithm Dryade.
