Description:

Globoworks Italia is business service providers focused on improving the way company’s source and buy the indirect goods and services that every business requires to operate. It bridges the gap between suppliers and buyers in procuring and supplying goods. The content management system serves with providing all the essential content (termed as a catalog). The system starts with the creation of a supplier profile form by a buyer from the customer organization. This form will go through a workflow process to be approved by several approvers in the organization. Once Globoworks Italia receives the supplier details form from the buyer, it will in turn initiate contact with the supplier by creating a catalog profile. The next significant phase of the application is to process the catalog after assigning it to a content manager in Globoworks Italia. The audit files, which are generated during this process, will again go through the workflow process and will be reviewed by the approvers in the customer organization. The content audit files are loaded into production after being approved by all the approvers from the customer else, a fresh contact is initiated to the supplier for another catalog file, which will be recurring until the same is approved by customer.

Description:

It is a customer care management system. This system solves all the problems which are coming from the users of system. This also will store the responses for the future use. Here we developed two interfaces, one is corporate client and another one is customer care system. In Corporate Client interface, the client registers himself with the customer care and registers his entire user so that they can post their problems to customer care. And in this system super user is the chief head of the organization that assigns first level, and third level administrators. The super user is responsible for all the three level administrators including the corporate clients. The Super user is the person who is responsible for creating categories, modules and the support team.

CMS is a service, NewRiver provides to its customers, Prudential has to send some documents for each fund to fund customers, documents like Annual Report, Semi Annual Report, Prospectus, Statement of Additional Information, etc. NewRiver maintains end users of all NR customers and all their products when you enter vendor and product; we are actually filtering the end users. We will be selecting the end user by entering his id or if you do not know his id, you can search by his name or any other properties of the customer. If you enter the customer details in the top, You will get customers details in the middle and you have to select one of them, if there are more than one in the middle, You will get those end users details in the bottom. We applied more search criteria to minimize the results in results page. You get the details in Update page. Update the media and click on Update button. The Address (1,2,3,4,City, State, Zip) fields are to increase the search criteria to minimize the no. Of results in results page.
