Worked rotating shifts. Warehouse, blending, quality control, and operations of two production lines. 45 plus direct reports. Used cost saving measures resulting in bottom line profit. Had four (4) years without any OSHA recordable injuries - shift awarded best production and best quality for company nationally. Responsible for budgets, scheduling, training, performance and quality for lines and warehouse. Plant produced 16 million cases of beverage per year including Ocean Spray products, Gatorade, and Pepsi products. Fork Lift certified. Took early pension to go with General Manager for ProCap Labs
